very funny sir. You are misusing my meaning of special. context is king. I used special in the sense that you would have to be special to delude yourself into thinking marrying a DS simulated marrying a person, clearly a DS does not look like or function like a person at all. The way you are using special is to mean forming an attachment with something, be it a DS or a person. Our uses are different. The chobits example illustrates this.

We've covered some visual novels on the site before. They're similar to dating-sims in the sense that you have girls you can go after, only there's often a story and plenty of characterization involved. Look for the “Visual novel” tag and see if anything jumps out at you. :)

Someone has to tell this man that there are better ways of getting attention. I'm assuming he isn't serious. I mean you would have to be very special to believe you could marry and live with a program. If it was something like the persocoms from Chobits, then I could believe him to be serious, but a girl on a DS screen doesn't relay any realism and it would take a very special person indeed to believe that a DS is a person.
