Level 5 To Announce Extremely Anticipated Game This April

Level-5 president Akihiro Hino recently revealed plans on his Twitter feed for an April announcement of a new project, according to an Andriasang report.

 

Hino believes that the game will become an extremely anticipated title once it is officially announced. He went on to mention that the development team for this title was different from Level-5′s other projects, implying that its development would not interfere with theirs. In typical fashion, Hino is currently involved with the planning of four individual Level-5 projects.

 

The way Hino words his tweet — "Once this is announced, it will become an extremely anticipated title" — makes it sound like a new intellectual property that Level-5 hope will take off the same way Professor Layton and Inazuma Eleven did. Well, unless he meant Dark Cloud 3…

    I'd rather have a Dark Cloud 3 with more depth to the gameplay. Dark Cloud 2 had somewhat good gameplay although Rogue Galaxy was better. If they expand on Rogue Galaxy's gameplay in the vein of Dark Cloud where you can build a town, etc, then it'd be better.

    Also Level 5 needs to learn how to make a good storyline.

    Ok i hope is or Dark Cloud 3 (FINALLY GOD!!!!!!) or the new DS game that still doesnt have an official announcment (i think) i think is called another world, well is the same of that picture, it looks great.

    As do I, WKC is not as bad as people make it out to be. Besides after the first one it would be nice to see them refine and perfect the very solid ground work they have in the sequel. Still I really want this announcement to be Dark Cloud 3.

    I agree about RG2, I disagree about failage (though I haven't played WKC). What happened between RG and today anyway? Four Layton games, Jeanne d'Arc and DQ9. Is this your definition of teh suck?
