Trauma Team’s Sultry First Run Bonus In Japan

By Ishaan . May 30, 2010 . 1:40pm

There’s already been some debate over the box art differences between Atlus’s latest medical drama, Hospital, and its localized counterpart, Trauma Team — but the marketing differences don’t stop there.

In Japan, Atlus are promoting Hospital’s first shipment of units with a healthy dose of fan-service in the form of some rather sultry limited edition phone and library cards with character art on them.

At least CR-S01 got away with his dignity intact.

  • Aawwwww it would be nice if that came with the us version.

  • Aoshi00

Are these available w/ all games or just by pre-ordering from special stores like Sofmap in Jpn? This is the game I really wish would have dual track, so many good seiyuu.. For those who want to see (listen) how Cloud does in surgery, they put up some new videos of Sakurai Takahiro (CR-S01) playing w/ the director, more char specific trailers, and some “Making of” articles by the staff, very interesting. just found out there’s a pre-order bonus DVD w/ seiyuu interveiws, trailers, etc. Maybe I’ll get this ver. first… still, $80 compared to $30…

  • Whaaat.. why is CR-S01 not half naked? D:

    • Aoshi00

Totally not fair… and where’s Maria w/ her towel :)

      • Maria without the towel would be even better. XD

      • But seriously.. why is it only Tomoe in 4 “outfits” and CR-S01… why not one card for each character? Maria and Naomi are both sexy enough to deserve their own cards. Also.. one sexy card of Gabriel and Hank for the lulz would have been awesome too. :>

        • Aoshi00

But sometimes half naked is sexier than full naked lol :) I know, you have the suave Spike (I mean Gabriel), Hank as a body builder :), and the other 2 female docs certainly have sex appeal. I want to be examined by Maria on an ambulance :) I didn’t get this game yet because I was never really good at the Trauma series, the bone reconstruction part gave me the most trouble. But the chars and variety of modes are so interesting in this one.

          • I really tried to get along with the Trauma series.. since I have no Wii, I tried my luck with the DS games.. as much as the visual style and the dialogue appeals to me, I really badly fail at the gameplay…

I’d probably buy it anyways, if I had a Wii. But since I don’t have one I don’t need to worry about this.. for now.

Towel w/out Maria would be the best!

        • Aoshi00

I want to smell that towel :) *think unsexy thoughts think unsexy thoughts* You know what, a towel w/ Maria on it (her posing in a towel) would be great.

    • Because it’s an unwritten rule that us fangirls are not as deserving of fanservice as fanboys are. :( :( :(

      • On the bright side, there are sausage parties in real life that you should’ve been taking advantage of.

        • What? I didn’t quite get that. *confused*

  • nosebleed….

the character design is simply gorgeous. need. artboook

  • kupomogli

She’s got a tattoo of hospital on her breast. How awesome is that.

  • I’d love to get examined by Tomoe, if you know what I mean.

  • CrimsonFlamesX

I wish I had hair like, CR-S01….man he looks badass.

  • I love her eyebrows.
Tomoe’s English role is played by one of favorite voices in the business, Stephanie Sheh. She’s appeared in a handful of notable games, but I think she’s perfect for this character.
