E3 is only a little over a week away, and the rumours and excitement are flooding the Internet as per usual. Naturally, we all have great expectations of the show this year, whether they’re in regard to software or hardware. This E3 looks like it could possibly have something for everyone. So, what are you looking forward to most or expecting to see at the show?

I’m hoping for more details on Arkham Asylum 2, Final Fantasy Versus XIII (multiplatform plz), The Last Story, Dragon Quest X, and of course, the new Legend of Zelda title. Hopefully we will get U.S. release dates for Xenoblade, The Last Story, Golden Sun DS, and FF Versus XIII.

My wishes for this years E3 are the remakes for Final Fantasy V and VI, Blue Dragon 2, Chrono Cross + Xenogears + Vagrant Story for U.S. PSN release, 7th Dragon for U.S., Radiant Silvergun for Xbox Live, Dragon Quest MMORPG, Rez 2, Lumines 3, Meteos 2, Dynasty Warriors Gundam 3 (yes I said it), Final Fantasy Tactics II, and the list goes on.

I am looking forward to more information on Natal and Move as well, including price points. Definitely Metroid: Other M, Killzone 3, Gears of War 3, Golden Sun DS, too many titles. Definitely all the other titles you’ve mentioned, ranging from Arkham 2 to FF Versus XIII to The Last Story to Xenoblade to DQX to Zelda. I’m also more looking forward to more information on FFXIV; I played FFXI for 5 years and am anxiously anticipating that to release.

My pipe dreams however, Legend of Dragoon 2, a third Chrono title, and a Dragon Quest MMO which I would play instead of FFXIV. Yes I dream big!

Whatever Criterion are developing. They’re a fantastic developer, and after Burnout Paradise, I’m dying to see what they have up their sleeves. I just hope it’s a racer — Criterion belong “on the streets.” I also want to see if Ninja Theory are REALLY developing a Devil May Cry for Capcom. And continuing in that same line of thought, Vanquish looks really interesting, too.

Very curious to see what Natal and Vitality Sensor can do. Move to a lesser extent. Aside from stuff that we KNOW will be there, I’m trying not to get my hopes up too much this year. I’m just going to let E3 surprise me for a change. This is a big year for the industry, and I’m sure everyone’s going to bring their A-game.

What are you most excited for this E3? Fire away in the comments!
