Bit. Trip Runner Might Come To 3DS As Well

Gaijin Games founder and developer on the Bit. Trip series, Alex Neuse, is “over the moon on the 3DS,” Nintendo of America VP of sales & marketing, Cammie Dunaway, told Gamasutra in a recent interview about the company’s upcoming 3DS system.

According to Dunaway, he “can’t wait to do Bit.Trip Runner ideas in 3D.”

Neuse recently revealed to gaming blog, Joystiq, that Rez creator Tetsuya Mizuguchi, and the game he’s best known for, have been a source of inspiration for both Neuse and the Bit. Trip series.

Since Gaiin Games only consists of three developers, the team only works on a single game at any point in time. However, they did recently announce an iPhone and iPad version of Bit. Trip Beat, in collaboration with Namco Bandai, at E3 this year.
