Mega Man Online Teaser Trailer

While Mega Man Online has been confirmed has a side-scrolling action MMO, the thought would never cross your mind from watching Capcom and Neowiz’s teaser trailer for the game. That still doesn’t stop it from looking very cool, though.

    Ugh, stupid online only games. I am not looking forward to this game at all, I wish Capcom would wake up and stop focusing so heavily on online only games. The co-op ruined RE5 and Lost PLanet 2 was a complete mess because of the heavy online focus.

      That and that they’ve been making retro Megaman games instead of building on the X and XZ titles, making with Strider elements, gives me serious doubts that this online game will be any good.

        woah woah owahh! There’s room for both classic Mega Man AND Z/ZX love!! Plus this is another company Neowiz, not Inti Creates, so it’s not like they can’t work on other projects besides.

          Okay, but where are those X/Z/ZX games? Don’t really see them talking about doing anything with those lines. Putting the other two on platforms other than DS.

            Just wondering, as someone who still owns 1 & 2, have you ever played them?

            I’m really just saying that an “old” arcade style MM game on PSN/XBL would be nice. That as much as Capcom likes to recycle, you’d think revamped Z/ZX would be a no brainer.

            Well they did just put out Zero Collections pretty recent. I’m sure it’ll happen sooner or later well have Z/ZX or a successor to them, but chances are if, I figure time is getting down there and, that might be where we see the next one pop up as a 3DS title. Also I don’t know specifically who’s working on Mega Man Universe coming up, if that’s Inti Creates, or someone else, but that might also be what there up to.

    rar, do want >w<~! Seriously though I'm hoping Capcom puts in some leg work and brings this to fans outside of Korea. It's especially a shame to see something that already has such a huge global fan base, get locked down to simply one region/country.

    This game is going to be amazing!! The trailer was incredible, I never expected a Classic + X crossover. I love Proto Man’s new design.

    Maaan it is pretty cool, it doesnt suits a MMORPG though, wish it could be a cool normal game! still, the mmorpg looks interesting.

    Also, the trailer would be cooler if they made some battles with megaman changing form and etc :P, just using the blaster looks kinda lame

      The sound effect was very lame for some reason, like the energy blast or the impact of a hit sounded very weak.. It’s been a while since I see good Megaman animation though, since the Megaman 8, X3/4 and Maverick Hunter X intro/cutscenes, they really went cheap w/ using stills w/ recent games… this animation sequence is okay I guess. The only thing that’s missing is a Jpop/rock song :)
