Ace Attorney Investigations 2 Debut Trailer

Recommended Videos

Here’s your first look at Ace Attorney Investigations 2 in animated form from the Tokyo Game Show. Art-wise, it doesn’t look different from the first game, but Edgeworth’s new chess-based logic system looks interesting. We still aren’t entirely sure how it functions though.

Given that a portion of the game’s animation can be recycled straight out of its predecessor, we’re hoping the design team should be able to focus more on the quality of the story and cases and address some of the complaints people had with the first game.

Concerns aside, it’s good to see Kay will be making a return alongside Miles and Gumshoe.
