“The Pit” Returns In The New Mortal Kombat

Who didn’t love The Pit in the older Mortal Kombats? If Fatalities were too hard to pull off, you could always count on The Pit’s stage-specific Fatality to help brighten up a newbie’s day.

 

That said…I never knew poor Reptile was stationed at the bottom of The Pit. A fun little tidbit I learnt of in this video showing off the updated Pit stage in the new Mortal Kombat.

      It’s been positively ages since I last played an MK game! I believe the last one I played and enjoyed was MK4. It’s still my favourite. :)

        I liked MK4, but I never fell in love with the whole weapons thing. My personal favorite was Mortal Kombat Trilogy. The countless hours I whittled away with that game as a boy, I shall never forget.

    I remember that I couldn’t figure out how to reach Reptile for the longest time, but only because the Genesis version made one of the requirements an extremely rare event. Of course, I’m talking about the moon silhouettes.

    Then I figured out the “DULLARD” code, which made them appear ALL the time.
