Mystic Artes Of Ninjas And Pirates

By Spencer . October 6, 2010 . 5:13pm

In Tales of the World: Radiant Mythology 3 the main character gets to choose a class like thief or pirate. Each class comes with its own Mystic Arte aka hi-ougis in Japan. Ninjas have a multi-hit sword combo.

What attack do pirates have? You’ll see at the end of this video. The thief, ninja, and swordsman classes get to show off first.

  • For the love of my life, I still cant pronounce ougi, lol. Ill just stick to mystic artes, though the “e” in “artes” must be silent?

I love when people make mystic artes exhibition videos, they were awesome for Tales of the Abyss, Indignation!

    • when i pronounce it i say artes with the “e” but a “e” pronounced like the “e” of “pronounced” lol

Search for “ougi” using romanized Japanese or search for 奥義. Press the blue play-Button. Enjoy the pronounciation of “ougi”.

it’s harder to learn japanese if your native language is english (even british is easier) ’cause of the natural accents, especially with the letter “R”.

          • Ereek

Erm, British is a dialect of English.

As for rhotic/non-rhotic “r” – I think you’re making it out to be a lot harder than it is. There are times when even American English speakers use a non-rhotic r. The American-Boston accent is one such example.
