High Impact Games’ Next Frontier Is Developing For Wii

image High Impact Games was originally founded by former Insomniac Games employees. The studio’s first project was familiar territory, Ratchet & Clank: Size Matters for PSP. Sony continued to hand over their kid friendly heroes to High Impact Games and PSP games along with PlayStation 2 ports kept coming out. High Impact Game’s last title was Jak and Daxter: The Lost Frontier.


It appears their next project won’t be on a Sony console. A resume from one of their environmental artists says High Impact Games has an "unannounced title" for the Wii.

      Ratchet and Clank was the game that convinced me to give more action games a try.

  • The last Insomniac derived studio gave us Spyborgs… err, will look forward to more information though.
