Prince of Persia: Sands of Time On PlayStation Network Now

On Monday, we reported that Ubisoft’s Prince of Persia: Trilogy collection was being made available on the PlayStation Network in the form of re-mastered digital re-releases with 720p and stereoscopic 3D support.

The Trilogy consists of Sands of Time, Warrior Within and The Two Thrones, all of which were originally released for the PlayStation 2, and Ubisoft are rolling them out on PSN sooner than you might have thought.

Sands of Time is available now on PSN for $14.99. The other two chapters are planned for a PSN release in December, each at the same $14.99 price.

  • Why so few trophies, lol. I guess I will get these game during the summer doldrums, lol. Im dying to see what makes the series so prolific.

It still makes me cringe that Ubisoft couldn’t be bothered to put these games on a disc in North America.

  • 15 dollars!!?? When I can import for cheaper? No thanks.

    • Wait…aren’t they $40, plus however much shipping is if you import? So, wouldn’t it be $45 anyway?

…wonder why they’re $15 downloads and not a packaged Blu-Ray. I think I would of liked the blu-ray more. That said, I already have all 3 titles on my steam account on my PC which run butter smooth and look decent anyways, so I doubt I’ll get this.

I was really happy about getting this again until I heard it wasn’t coming to the US… When I heard it was, I got happy again until I heard they were gonna be not on a singe hassle free disk…

  • Never played any of these. I’ll download the first one and see if I want to continue with the series.
