Here’s How Aya Takes Control Of A Helicopter In The 3rd Birthday

By Ishaan . December 18, 2010 . 4:31pm

Remember the old 3rd Birthday trailer with Aya driving a tank and piloting a helicopter? This video demonstrates how that works ingame. Aya can overdive into a pilot or driver and take control of their vehicle, temporarily, in order to lend her some extra firepower.

    Very cool.
Will definitely add some variety to gameplay.
Shooters with lock on systems usually bore the crap out of me.

    • Bobby Jennings

      Yeah I agree.

And Hai Zetso. I bet you don’t know who this is?

      Last Ranker guide ftw

Unfortunately having a decent lock on system is the only way to make a decent shooter on the PSP…

I’m wondering how the controls will work. Probably along the lines of MGS:PW?

    • SolidusSnake

That’s what I figured… but this game looks more like a typical action-oriented 3rd person shooter so it’s gonna be pretty awkward without a second analog sick imo.

I’m also thinking about the controls. Hoping that it gets some good ones. Maybe a good camera fixing too

R for auto lock on, square to shoot, x to roll, dodge, jump from cover, circle for grenade. You can google the controls ;)

      • SolidusSnake

Not bad… thanks for the info. I would have preferred to have the option of head shotting mutated freaks but without a second analog stick this will have to do.

This video makes it seem like the game will be great to play on our TV’s, so much action and the music was nice (but she made no vocal noises?)

i cannot wait to play this game :D

peace walker and this are probably my favorite handheld games ever ^____^

  • Gabriel May

Looking nifty. I reckon You’ll be able to select from various control schemes :D Would like to use one similar to the best on in Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker
