Platformer Perfect Cell Stars The Most Advanced Life Form On Earth

By Ishaan . April 6, 2011 . 12:36pm

Perfect Cell is a platformer with an interesting premise. It’s one of the few rare cases where you don’t play as a human being — instead, you play as the most advanced life form discovered on Earth, trapped inside a high security submarine.

You’ll have to guide this life form out of the sub, past guards carrying AK47s and, through traps and lasers. Perfect Cell lets you play either stealthily or with brute force. You can either sneak past threats or, say, decapitate opponents by using your dash.

This life form can split itself up as well. You can play as up to three different cells at the same time. Developer, Mobigame, say that Perfect Cell has 35 stages across five worlds. You can grab the game on the iPhone, iPod Touch or iPad.

    I’d hate to be one of those soldiers they appear to be just trapped in tiny boxes opo; Like I’ve heard submarines are cramped but this seems ridiculous opo;;

    I would actually like to see this ported to the 3DS.

    Looks Metroid-esque–except that you’re the Metroid escaping from the lab.

  • Zal_Yagun
