Whether or not this is a new game or a port of the original game was not specified.

  • And for once I know enough people with DSis to make such a thing viable! Looking forward to it.

  • This is awesome. I’m gonna download it on both my 3DS and my DSi; that way, friends won’t need to have a handheld of their own to play it with me~! ^-^

Was this game playable in single player?

Zelda and free, two of my favorite words.

Which territories are we talking about here?

  • DSiWare? Not 3DSWare?

3DS can access DSiWare so I don’t see a problem. Making it more accessible is not a bad thing.

  • I wonder if it’ll be on the 3DS as well. I mean, DSiWare is transferable… I hope it is.

    • I’m sure it will be, and the 3DS even has a section on the eShop titled DSi favorites so I’m sure it will be placed on both the 3DS and DSi shops! :D

  • So glad my sister finally upgraded to a DSi…now we can finally play a game together! :D

If this is multiplayer only, I really hope there’s an online option.

  • My brothers and myself had a lot of fun with this one in the GC. This one and FF:Crystal Chronicles were the reasons we have 4 GBA cables.

It can be played from 1 to 4 players. Just some parts are easier with more people but they can take your stuff like in most multiplayers. So you might want to play it with people you can team up well and/or wont try to take every item that drops in the game.

  • Probably the original game, ’cause hardly anyone got to play it.  You know how hard it is to find another person with A Link to the Past on GBA that’s willing to play Four Swords with you?
