Has there been word if this multiplayer? Snyc up and brawl together?

    • “The game will feature Pokémon from Pokémon Black/White, and will include a single and a 2-player local multiplayer mode.”

From a previous post about it on Siliconera.

      • It actually introduces Johto and the Hoenn pokemon into the rumble franchise in this as well. The Wiiware game only had Sinnoh and Kanto.

  • The gameplay and everything, didn’t look as bad as I thought…But still, doesn’t look that good either. Hope the fans will be able to enjoy it.

my god i hope when a real pokemon game comes out on 3DS it looks nothing like that

      They’re not sprites, they’re 3D models. :

And they’re using the same style they used in the original WiiWare version, it was to be expected really. Besides, the chibi-style is kind of charming in it’s own way.

Pokemon are already chibi. why chibi a chibi

        • Exkaiser

          But they aren’t?

            POCKET Monsters – Pokemon

Not Ultraman sized monsters (where the capsule idea originated from btw)

          • Exkaiser

I don’t see what that has to do with anything. They’re not chibi. They are “pocket” monsters because they are confined in capsules that fit in your pocket- and because it is a series of portable games.

They range in size anywhere from 4″ to 47′. They are not typically depicted as being super deformed or otherwise cuter and “smaller” than normal, and they do not for any reason shrink for the purposes of battle. Many pokemon are the same size or larger than the trainer, and they use their default designs in-game- not “cute” versions of said designs.

        • Ren

          To chibify it. Duh.

        •  no…no they are not lol

      • Exactly! It looks almost exactly like the WiiWare game.

They’re supposed to be toys remember, and not real pokemon.

  • I want thiiis. I played the demo of Pokemon Rumble on my Wii and I loved it terribly. It’s a simple brawling game and the gathering of monsters for your team is fun. :3 And the style of them all is adorable.

  • This looks cute, but I still don’t understand what’s going on.

  • Day one purchase for me if it makes it to North America. I loved the WiiWare version.

I just wish there was online multiplayer. From what I saw, it’s limited to local.
