Mai, Noel, Iroha, And Dizzy. Yeah, This Is Another Queen’s Gate: Spiral Chaos Video

By Spencer . June 30, 2011 . 3:07am

And aside from a little kissing at the end (a demonstration of the EKG system) this Queen’s Gate: Spiral Chaos trailer is almost all gameplay.

Based on the Queen’s Gate books, this game has characters like Mai Shiranui from The King of Fighters, Iroha from Samurai Shodown, Noel Vermillion from BlazBlue, and Dizzy from Guilty Gear. Wonder Momo, a Namco arcade character, and Maron Macaroon, a Magical Pâtissièr meets Namco mascot made just the PSP game. Catch her attacks at the three minute mark.

    *epic nosebleed*

And damn, some moves are really awesome

    But seriously *epic nosebleed*

I am more amazed and how they got all these licensed characters in one game.

  • z_merquise

Wow, trailer is awesome!! Truly epic, hilarious, sexy (or naughty) and over-the-top. Must-have game for me!

Thanks for this, Spencer! I’m happy there are sites like Siliconera that can feature awesome Japanese games like this that would be never featured in other sites.

It may got these naughty bits but you’ll never see a game where fighting game and anime gals are together in a 2D strategy-RPG game that also contained awesome animation, very enjoyable gameplay and huge amount of fan-service (because from what game would we see Lili, Mai, Dizzy, Iroha, etc. together in a single game?)

    • Mister_Nep

      Hear hear!

Only recognise about half those characters (excluding the Queens Blade ones), looks fun though, only worry is that with so many characters, each one only has the single special shown. Will probably never be localised.

I think we can also all agree that Melona is the best Queens Blade girl!

      Dizzy

I always wondered what a game that would feature prominent female anime characters would end up like. I believe I just found my answer to my 5 year old question.

  • Mister_Nep

I’m so excited for this game. I loved the first one, and I’ve had this one pre-ordered for months now. Cannot wait to play it! Will definitely be using Katja as much as possible!

I have to change my pants

  • Robert Usarek

Wow, they seem to be putting much more effort into this game than I expected.

  • Darkrise

Looks so much better than the first, definately pre-ordering this.

  • TenRX

    Oh yeah… boobs <3

  • Chippel

Ivy, dear, that’s not exactly the idea of clothing.

  • Oni123

Are those art cards at the end? they look cool ^^ Noel <3

    • z_merquise

Actually, those are art books. I think Noel’s art book is coming soon.

Combine everything i love: BOOBS, VIOLENCE, DEADLY COMBOS, and BOOBS!

    • http://twitter.com/#!/Leafy_Cam Leafhopper

      What about Deadly Boob Combos?

  • Barrit

Looks amazing! I love the over-the-top attacks. I’ve always enjoyed the humor in Queen’s Blade, now if only I could understand what they’re saying in this game..

MY GOD. Lili is so adorable! I am SO spamming her when this gets released! x)

  • Crimson_Cloud

Below all those suggestive themes and well-made bouncing boobs lies a pretty entertaining game. The dynamic camera during battles makes it all more interesting. Oh, and Junko closing in to my PSP will be heartbreaking *blush*

The ending shows the Queens’ gate characters’ illustration art books from hobby japan. I personally got the Dizzy artbook as I’m quite a fan of her. (^^)/

  • DanteJones

I wonder, could a game like this ever leave Japan? The most suggestive one I can think of off the top of my head was the first Record of Agarest War with it’s hilarious “Really Naughty Edition” that made it into retail stores.

  • Croix

A game that looks well put together with solid mechanics, has lots of content, tons of playable characters, AND over the top fanservice? What’s not to love?

It really, REALLY sucks that We Americans can’t have access to games like this and Super Robot Wars, even though they have SO MUCH detail put into them.

    *depression*

    • DanteJones

Yeah, Super Robot Wars especially, that would be a licensing hell here in the US.

  • SetzerGabbiani

Did I see Seikon no Qwasar characters?  That’s all I need to know about this game, lol!

  • AzureNova

O_O Simply wow! To make matters worse they showed me a box set at the end. I definitely have to get this now. Sigh, off to learn more Japanese I go.

Too bad Kasumi from DOA did not made it. Maybe there’s already too many ninjas in this game. Love the first game though and enjoyed capturing monster girls
