Rain Pours Down Onto Mortal Kombat This Month

With Kenshi out and about, we come to the second-to-last known Mortal Kombat DLC character: Rain. In the new game, he’s back (more or less) to his old ninja look:

 

 

Rain is due out on July 19th. Following him is a mystery DLC character whose silhouette Netherrealm Studios teased last month.

    Rain seems pretty badass, I should get MK soon, I’m liking these new characters, and how much does it cost for the DLC chars too? I wanna see if Capcom is a total rip.

      400 ms points for a character

      1200 ms points for a season pass which includes all the  dlc characters rain kenshi scarlet and the new mystery fighter and a kombat pass

      $5 per character if you get the PS3 version. I’m guessing that’s how much 400 MS points is. Never understood why Microsoft didn’t just go with dollars too.

    I´m still waiting for my “FRIENDSHIP” DLC!

    Good to see Rain return to the fight, but his playstyle reminds me of Hakan from SSFIV, just saying. Still, more characters = More fun.

    I literally spit out of my drink when he did that spinning intro and pose, in my head, I heard him saying “fabulous”…

    But the good thing is, they finally made Rain more like his original appearance unlike his MKA character, I’m glad they made a better outfit for him too and that his Roundhouse kick and Water orb are back.
