The Girls In Queen’s Gate: Spiral Chaos Get Animated

By Spencer . July 22, 2011 . 12:42am

Where can you see characters from BlazBlue, Tekken, Samurai Shodown, Guilty Gear, and Soulcalibur in the same title? No, this isn’t another crossover fighting game. Queen’s Gate: Spiral Chaos is a strategy game with a Super Robot Taisen flavor from Namco Bandai.

If you get the game next week you’ll see this animated opening video.

Namco Bandai’s multi-universe strategy game Queen’s Gate: Spiral Chaos comes out for PSP on July 28 in Japan.

I’m so mad right now, can’t believe this hasn’t been announced for the US yet…

i know its been said on this site almost 1million times now, but still…

    • Why, not, some of the series havent even been announced in the US, for example both seasons of Seikon no Qwaser.

Thats not a license issue just a marketing one. ZZ Gundam never made it to the U.S. yet is in DW Gundam series and Gundam vs Zeta Gundam for PS2

Lacks some shots of Noel. At least I’m satisfied with the amount of footage Airi got.

Wait… did I just put the words “lacks” and “Noel” on purpose?

Too bad Taokaka isn’t in the game to make her feel self-conscious.
      “Look! It’s the lacking-lady!”

      • axess707

If Tao was in the game, everyone would be trying their best to rip her hood off.

…..I really want to play this….but there are so many different series being shown  in the trailer, I saw roughly 10 but there could be more… that alone makes it some what of a problem to localize….
¬.¬ why do I get the feeling this is going to be another SRW (Super Robot Wars) or ACE (Another Centuries Episode)

“Where can you see characters from BlazBlue, Tekken, Samurai Shodown, Guilty Gear, and Soulcalibur in the same title?”

That is one of the reason why I’m really hyped for this game. It’s really a dream-team of lovely ladies from different fighting games (and anime). Also with Banpresto as the developer, you really can’t go wrong with the presentation, animation, fan-service and gameplay like their SRW games were.

Though I already pre-ordered the game, I would still wanted this localized in English even as a downloadable game at PSN.

      I want this O________O

    • Zenkito

I pre-ordered mine today along with Battle Masters Mk.II and Monster Hunter 3rd HD….sad thing is only one of the three I purchased will see the light of a localized release :(

  • Shinji Kazuya

    Female mass attack!!!!

Hmmm… some of them don’t like clothes that much, do they?

    • Zenkito

Hurray for women who don’t like clothes :D

      • Shinji Kazuya

Why don’t they exist in real life?! :<

    • maxchain

In their defense, you can never know when those clothes might be Melona.

  • Ka-Ka-Ka-Ka-Katja sama! She was the only character I knew from this and the best choice from Seikon no Qwaser.

Anime opening is good but I was a bit disappointed because Iroha had very little screen time there. And when my big brother see this, I’m sure he’ll be disappointed for Ivy’s screen time as well. Sigh. Oh well, guess we’ll get to see more of them in the game itself.

Anyway, I also found new screenshots for the game. This time, it’s about some of the characters alternate costume, including Dizzy’s Jellyfish Pirates uniform:

Here’s hoping Lili’s alternate costume for Tekken is also included:

I’ve picked up the first game again. Trying to finish it before this one comes out. It was a bad idea stopping in the middle of a Japanese SRPG -_-….Spent about an hour trying to figure out all my gear and abilities.

Will definitely not put down the sequel until I finish it. That’s for sure.

  • Darkrise

To be honest, I’m actualy SLIGHTLY disappointed at the fact that they didn’t use the Rebellion characters of Queens Blade. Some of them look way better than original QB, like Ymir. But still, pre-ordering.

  • Very well made intro. No matter how good 3d tech gets, I always prefer drawn animation. The characters that got most of the screentime are not my type though. Too bad it’s too late for a last minute addition, like the sorceress from Queen’s Crown.

  • Delicious. What’s the name of the girl at 0:12 called?

    • Alice. A pretty common name, so if you want to look for artwork
featuring her, it might be a good idea to use her name and “title”
      in combination:

      門を開く者 アリス (Gate Opener Alice)

  • The MC (if he can be considered a MC) is one hella of a lucky guy, and he doesnt even appear on the OP xD

  • Crimson_Cloud

The name of the topic was somewhat misleading, I thought that Queen’s Gate would be made into anime. Thanks for putting the opening of the awesome upcoming PSP game.

  • Now there NEEDS to be an anime of this!

I don’t care what anyone says I will watch it for the plot! XP

  • Sisters are doing it for themselves. This is game is unashamedly sexy, and it knows it too!

  • AzureNova

    BOOBIES! ^_______^
