See Kirby: Mass Attack’s Pinball Game In Action

One of the mini-games in Kirby: Mass Attack is a pinball game, and it has different stages, too. You can see what it looks like in the video below:

Another one is called Kirby Master and seems to involve tapping when your gauge is filled up to the right amount:

A third is called KenKen. The video will be able to explain this better than words:

Mass Attack will roll out in Japan next week on August 4th. North America gets the game on September 19th.

  • How adorable…KenKen looks really fun, actually.

Kirby Master looks like a majorly simplified Final Fantasy. Maybe it’s time for a Kirby RPG? Kirby = blue mage, Meta Knight = ninja, etc?

    • Wouldn’t Dark Knight (like Cecil [FFIV]) be more apropiated for Meta Knight? ;)
It sure sounds about right to me. :P

  • That pinball seems so much fun, reminds me of Pinball Land which is a good thing.
Kirby Master would make a neat little RPG down the line, seems like an interesting minigame idea.
KenKen reminds me of that Kirby 64 hop minigame.

  • This game just looks like a hell of alot of fun.  A full touch based Kirby, almost like the spiritual successor to Kirby’s Canvus Curse, but it looks even more fun than that!

  • These look really fun. The pinball one looks like a smaller version of Kirby’s Pinball Land, which is a good thing, since that game was really awesome.

  • AJ

I didn’t know Kirby games loved the bass guitar.  There’s plenty of bass in these songs, and I love it.

  • I’m lovin’ the second, turn-based RPG mini-game. Kirby is the only first party Nintendo franchise that I like these days.

  • Cool! This sounds funky too, man. Sounds way more like a Sega arcade game from the 90’s than a Kirby game. That’s definitely a good thing!

I love it when Kirby gets all experimental. The last few “Weird Kirby” games – Epic Yarn and Cursed Canvas – were also his best. So I absolutely cannot wait for this! This and Solatorobo are proving that the DS is going to have more interesting games than the poor 3DS this holiday season. That’s …kinda crazy.
