More Helpless Enemies Devoured And Flattened In A Kirby: Mass Attack Trailer

Nintendo released a new U.S. trailer for Kirby: Mass Attack this week, showing more of the ten-man Kirby squad harassing enemies:

In Mass Attack, you control your Kirby-squad using the stylus. A flick launches Kirby into the air. Tapping a single spot on the screen repeatedly makes all of them rush to it together. The “mass attack” where they all pounce on an enemy is performed by tapping enemies.

While you have control of a ten-Kirby team, you won’t be able to use all ten of them for every challenge in the game. Some problems will require that you use a specific number of Kirbys. Mass Attack will release on September 19th.

  • This game looks so fun…

    I don’t even know why.

    • Of course it is Kirby has always been about fun I look forward to that fun.

  • Kirby’s Mass attack just looks awesome, and I’ll tell you why.  Games that use mainly the touchscreen, when done by really TALENTED people, can be amazing.  And the result is a really pretty, colorful, fun looking side scroller.

  • Most of the enemies don’t even look evil. The chillaxing turnip? Whispy? The happy crocodile? That cute squid? I have a feeling that playing this game will be one adorable guilt trip after another. ;__;

    Especially if I accidentally lose a Kirby. Or worse, I have to kill one of them to move on.

    • “I have a feeling that playing this game will be one adorable guilt trip after another. ;__;”

      In other words, it’s a Kirby game. =P

      Looks really fun, I”m glad there’s a Wii and DS game to look forward to.

      It’s not cuteness or ebilness that matters, it’s all about how tasty they are!

      Turning Kirby into many Kirbys just multiplies how sinister he can be. I’m still convinced the evil wizards plot is to make so many Kirbys that they eat all the food on Dream Star, effectively starving it’s population into nothing so he can take over.

      You gotta admit, that would be a pretty wicked plan.

        Doesn’t Dedede usually just hog all the food anyway? So wouldn’t Kirby just be taking the food from him?

    As if as I am about the game still, I do want it a little more, once again.

    The music sounds more like something from a Yoshi game than a Kirby game though.
