Post-launch, the PlayStation Vita will support four different social networks in the form of standalone apps. Twitter, Facebook, Foursquare and Skype will each be accessible from the device. The four apps will be downloadable for free through the PlayStation Store.
Sony also confirmed that all PlayStation Vita software will be available digitally. The PlayStation Vita will release by the end of the year in Japan. The U.S. and Europe will see the device in early 2012.
