You Can Unlock Joe Musashi As A Playable Character In Shinobi For 3DS

Earlier today, we ran a Japanese trailer for Shinobi on 3DS. It turns out, Sega released an English trailer today as well, via IGN, and it reveals that you can unlock Joe Musashi, the protagonist of the original Shinobi series:

The character you play as Shinobi on 3DS is Jiro Musashi, Joe’s father. The trailer also finally reveals what function Street Pass and Coins serve in the game — you can use them to unlock challenge maps.
