As reported last month, The Pokémon Company will be making their first appearance at this year’s Jump Festa trade show in Japan, which takes place from December 17th – 18th. Along with the announcement, they promised some sort of “surprise” at the event.
While we still have no clue what this surprise could be, The Pokémon Company news page was recently updated with a short post mentioning Jump Festa. The post states that the latest games and goods information will be conveyed at the event, with no further specifics provided.
Although they mention “game” information, keep in mind this could be another promotional Pokémon giveaway, or it could simply be news pertaining to an update of Pokédex 3D, which we know will be seeing content added to it at some point in the future. Stay tuned for Jump Festa news next week.
Another possibility is that Japan’s CoroCoro magazine, which is where the best Pokémon reveals usually come from, will make this “surprise” announcement ahead of time, and that more light will be shed on it at Jump Festa.
