Full Length Pokemon Anime Episodes Coming To Nintendo Zones

“Nintendo Zones” are locations across the U.S. where your Nintendo 3DS can connect automatically to the Internet via a free Wi-Fi connection. There are over 29,000 of these locations in existence.

 

This morning, Nintendo announced that they’re adding exclusive content to Nintendo Zones.

 

Starting February 6th, Nintendo Zones will feature a dedicated Pokémon section, with full-length episodes from the Pokémon anime. The Pokémon section will also include information on the Pokémon games, as well as news on the Trading Card Game.

 

Nintendo also say that Nintendo Zones will begin hosting game demos, starting February 6th. Demos are also available via the Nintendo eShop. So far, we’ve gotten Resident Evil: Revelations and Mario & Sonic at the London 2012 Olympics.

    Are these “Nintendo Zones” really necessary in 2012…?  I mean, I live pretty much in the middle of nowhere and still have broadband internet access.

      Oh. By the way. Does anyone remember on an old Pokemon episode when Ash needed Ghost Pokemon (to defeat crazy Gym Leader Sabrina) the time when they thought they heard a Pokemon’s voice when it was actually Team Rocket’s? Then they shocked Team Rocket with Pikachu and threw a Poke Ball right at Jessie’s face. I loled so hard at that part! That was my absolute favorite. X3 Those were the days……

        Oh my god! I remember! I loved that episode! And wasn’t it the same episode Gastly, Haunter, and Gengar turned Ash and Pikachu into ghosts? Ash had a really fun time flying and spooking Misty!

      I’ve watched Pokemon from the beginning, but I think that DP was the best. Best Wishes is also really good, and Advanced is as well. Personally, I thought the original series with Misty was the worst, but to each their own.
