The Amazing Spider-Man introduces another concept called “Web Rush,” which Beenox have teased before. The Web Rush sounds like an advanced form of QTE, and you can read more about it at the link.
The Amazing Spider-Man will be released on June 26th for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, Wii, Nintendo 3DS and Nintendo DS.
