Robotics;Notes To See Japanese Demo In Early June

By Ishaan . May 5, 2012 . 1:30pm

Mages/5pb will be releasing a demo for their next major visual novel, Robotics;Notes, in early June, according to a report at Famitsu.com. 5pb announced at a live event that the Japanese demo will be released on both Xbox Live and PlayStation Network.

Robotics;Notes is about a high school robot club that’s in danger of being disbanded, the members of which are out to develop a real life mech.

The full version of Robotics;Notes will be released on June 28th. An anime adaptation of the series will follow in October. Mages president, Chiyomaru Shikura, says that Robotics;Notes’ story was developed with an anime-like flow in mind right from the start, and that the game could fill up about 40 episode of an anime series. Just how long the actual anime will be is unknown for now.

I hope the anime won’t be rushed like Chaos;Head.

As i don’t know japanese really well, i have to wait for the anime.

And this is the reason why I have a JP account b^^

I loved Steins;Gate (anime) so I will definitely give this a go, though my Japanese is not really good.

Also, I will definitely check out the anime too.

I just watched Steins;Gate a few days ago. Absolutely loved it, so I can’t wait to see how this is like.

…though, from the brief look of the characters in Robotics;Notes, I’m not sure any can compare to my KURISTINA!

This news is several days old?

Hopefully the anime is 52 ep and licensed by funimation. I hope the site covers the demo.

  • Chiupon

I hope the anime isn’t more than 20 eps.
It’s hard to watch anything longer than 12 eps, especially if you remember that the stuff releases weekly. That would be 40 weeks of something being ridiculously drawn out I:
12 episodes is good enough for anything.

Have you seen Chaos;Head, I haven but ppl say it need >12 ep. And S;G is oky ‘cuz it has time to flesh out the story and characters.

I disagree, I think some anime can’t work with only 12 episodes, the more episode you get, the more info you are gonna have from the anime adaptation it came from (like a manga)

Yeah.Naruto has a ridiculously hundreds of episode followed by Naruto Shippuden. But then this anime always succeed in catching the audience’s attention

        • alastor3

I was talking about anime with 24 episodes which it, in my opinion, the number perfect to tell a story with proper details (I still remember angel beats that wasn’t very long)

Let just hope tht the anime is not too rushed. And the CG is a bit jarring…..
