PlayStation Move Racing Wheel To Support New And Old PS3 Racers

By Ishaan . June 4, 2012 . 10:37pm

Sony have done their version of the Wii Remote and the Zapper, so that left only the Wii Wheel to be accounted for…until today. Now, Sony have their version of a wheel peripheral, too, but it’s a fair bit more advanced than the Wii Wheel. Presenting the PlayStation Move Racing Wheel, a peripheral for the PlayStation 3:

You can use the wheel either in the configuration you see above, or the way you see it below:

The PlayStation Move Racing Wheel will be released for $40 this fall, and will support upcoming racing games like Little Big Planet Karting, while also being compatible with existing racers like Gran Turismo 5, Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit, BurnOut Paradise, MotorStorm Apocalypse, and more.

OMFG I had this design in my head a while back.

Now all we need is a PS Move flight sim stick

Will it also support bike games like MotoGP and SBK?? Please???

Uhh… I’d rather they make two separate controllers than have them both in one schizophrenic design. But I suppose if I was buying it, I’d rather have a two-in-one to get more bang for my bucks.

In my opinion, it doesn’t look very sleek right now. But it’s not always about beauty, it’s about practicality, right? :D

It’s already better than the Wii Wheel

The Wheel looks more like a airplane wheel than car wheel, I mean that in a good way now we need a flight simulator to go with it!
