Castlevania: Mirror of Fate Trailer Starts With Story, Ends With Gameplay

Perhaps we’ll get more information on Castlevania: Lords of Shadow – Mirror of Fate at Nintendo’s 3DS software showcase tomorrow, but until then, you’ll have to make do with this awesome batch of screenshots and a trailer that Konami put out today. You can watch the trailer above. In case you missed it, here’s Mirror of Fate’s backstory, from Konami’s description of the game:

 

Trevor Belmont, a knight of the Brotherhood of Light sets out to avenge the death of his mother, at the hands of his own father, who has now returned from years of exile to take up residence in a mysterious castle. What was once Gabriel Belmont now stands a powerful vampire called Dracula. Dracula has declared war upon the Brotherhood and thus the scene is set for a cataclysmic showdown between Father and Son!

 

Castlevania: Lords of Shadow – Mirror of Fate will be released this fall.
