  • Yay!

  • Yes, yes, and more yes. Localization should be a surefire thing for Atelier Ayesha =^_^=

Love it now all I need to do is finish the atelier games I have now to be ready for this game.

  • l777l

This is the first one I am somewhat interested in after the departure from the 2D, hand-drawn style of the PS2 titles.

  • *looks at release date* OMG that’s like 13 more days…for JAPAN, its going be LONG while for this to come state wise which i don’t mind as long as we know its coming :3

I think perhaps one of the things that attracts me to this game, is that it gives me that Moomin-vibe. I guess the music is primarily to blame. Please tell me I´m not the only one who watched the Moomins as a kid (and still do)? :p
If you don´t know who the Moomin Family is, it´s probably the most epic and underrated children´s anime series ever ^^

    • Radiosity

You are not, I watched it as a kid too :)

Holy crap at the graphics, comparing them to atelier rorona it makes my jaw drop at how much gust has improved in such a short time
The gameplay seems to be more of the same, not much new, but not a bad thing at all
I hope we get a localization soon, for now let´s enjoy the recently released meruru

  • Sevyne

Wow, what a step forward from the previous games. I’m quite impressed with how far they’ve come with the series in terms of presentation.

  • Impressive. Skipped Totori and Meruru because I didn’t enjoy Rorona all that much, but I’ll definitely consider buying this.

    • Totori and Meruru are big improvements on Rorona.

      • Radiosity

If you skipped the other two because of Rorona then you’re seriously missing out.

Also, this new disqus royally sucks.

        • fayt255

Are they any better with keeping track of time I had trouble with that in Rorona?

          • Radiosity

Well, probably not in any way you’d consider ‘better’, but unlike Rorona which had 3 years to complete everything, Totori and Meruru have 5 years which makes things a little less stressful and gives you a bit more time to actually do things.

    Can’t wait.. only 2 more weeks~~

    • Radiosity

      More like three weeks really. Shipping time ;_;

  • yalissa

Ugh. The more gameplay footage I see, the more I’m dying to play this! But sadly, I still haven’t been able to play Meruru due to some money issues. AAAH!
One thing I’ve noticed in this video that I really like is that when you roll over to a certain place in the world map, it tells you what month and day it’ll be when you reach that destination. It seems really handy, and I which it were implemented in the Arland games.

  • Alexander Aubert

what is that tempting select button do?

    • Radiosity

I assume you mean the one in the bottom left when she’s running around? It opens her notebook.

  • Radiosity

Haha, her reaction to making her first Craft:

    “Eh, this is a BOMB?!”

Yes, dear, it is, one of many bombs you’ll be making :D

I’m a little sad that they didn’t examine a barrel while wandering around, totally wanted to hear her say たーる! Guess I’ll just have to wait till I get my copy and do it myself for my barrel examining fix.

  • This game looks so good. I hope that there’s a localization announcement as I will definitely pick this game up.
