This morning, Tecmo Koei confirmed that staple characters, Tina and Jann Lee, will both return for Dead or Alive 5, and showed off footage of the two characters, which you can watch here. We also have screenshots of Jann Lee teaming up with Lei Fang to take on La Mariposa and another masked wrestler, “Mr. Strong” (who I believe is actually Bass). Tina’s in there, too.
You can view the new screens below. The stage in the screenshots is “Fighting Entertainment”—an electrified ring surrounded by an audience.
Dead or Alive 5 will have optional missions in the game’s story mode that teach the player how to use both basic controls and more advanced techniques. Additionally, the new Training Mode lets you adjust your AI opponent’s behaviour, including input recording, recovery time from staggers and more.
