By Ishaan . September 21, 2012 . 9:55am

Next week will see the release of another rhythm game on Vita—DJMax Technika Tune, which has already been confirmed for a western release. Cyberfront released new promo and digest videos for the game recently, which you can find below (thanks, Gamer):

Japan gets DJMax Technika Tune on September 27th. When the game releases in North America as a download title, it will have 67 songs. More details here.

D-download only? (0~0) Maybe I should look at the price for the physical release here in Korea.

  • Im sooo looking forward this game!

  • PoweredByHentai

    Hey Ishaan,

Would you happen to know if there are differences in Technika Tune’s song lists between the regions?

  • Already got the game

  • Whoomp

So it’s digital only in America and no word on an European release? That sucks but it makes me glad I jumped the gun and got the fancy limited edition Japanese import then.

  • Pang Chee Jie

It’s coming out next week? It’s been available at where I’m at since Thursday ._.

    • PoweredByHentai

You might have mistaken the Japanese version with the Korean version.  I’m not even sure if an Asian version even exists.  The article is about the Japanese version, which comes out next week.  The Korean version came out yesterday (or two days ago for you).

  • Eh, digital release?  I guess I’ll get the import physical card because I’m sure the file is going to be pretty big if I DL it.

  • Perona

I don’t think it’s going to be only a digital release in the US. Didn’t they already give out US details for the limited edition?

The DJMAX series always do 2D music videos amazingly.

  • Roubjon

Yeah, this isn’t digital only.  It’s coming out for retail at $50 and the Limited Edition is up for pre-order on Monday for $100 and there are only 750 of them available.  The Limited Edition is the same as Korea’s not Japan’s.

Here’s their facebook page with more info:

Can’t wait. Planning on purchasing as soon as it comes out.

    More. Moe everywhere…!

Well, it’s more like moe in like 4 songs or so, but still, haha ha.

  • neetyneety

Man, I know the videos aren’t really an integral aspect to any music game, but those were just utterly beautiful. They fit the songs so perfectly too, from bubbly to fast-paced to techno. Very well done.
