The Walking Dead Collector’s Edition Comes With 1,000 Page Comic Book

Telltale Games have shared further details of the retail version of their The Walking Dead game series, which will collect all five episodes on a single disc.

 

The retail version of The Walking Dead will come in both a regular version, as well as a special GameStop-exclusive collector’s edition. The collector’s edition, which can only be obtained via pre-order, will include:

 

• All five episodes of the game.
• The Walking Dead Compendium One, featuring cover art by Charlie Adlard and the first 48 issues of Robert Kirkman’s The Walking Dead comic. (“Over 1,000 pages”)
• Collector’s Edition box with Charlie Adlard artwork.

 

The collector’s edition will cost $70 while the regular edition will cost $30. In case you’re wondering, you can also pick up The Walking Dead Compendium One book as a standalone item for $50. However, the standalone version will not come with the Charlie Adlard cover art.

 

The Walking Dead will be released at retail on December 4th for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 in North America.
