By Ishaan . November 21, 2012 . 11:00am

Hatsune Miku: Project Diva F (now with a capital “F”) is headed to the PlayStation 3, and tentative packaging used for promotional purposes reveals the game’s release date—March 7th, 2013.

As previously reported, Project Diva F on PlayStation 3 will include new content. There will be six new songs in the game, along with new modules and customization items. You’ll also be able to use your edit data from the Vita version. The game will also have new modes that haven’t been disclosed yet.

Yep, getting harder and harder to save money next year >_> Hope they do something for the people with the Vita version too though, it’d suck somewhat to just have an earlier copy with no way to access some of the new stuff offered.

    • PoweredByHentai

      Save money?  Lol…

Also, I need a Left vs Right gif image from Nadesico.

      • Kibbitz

        Hey, I’m trying, okay? =P

Hard even =P But already slated for some JP BDs and Fate/Extra CCC, and at this rate, Mac 30 and Diva F as well =P

Refresh memory on the left vs right thing? Not getting what you mean.

Can someone confirm that this is a standalone game?  I remember they made Dreamy Theater for PS3 but you HAD to link it to the PSP game, I have the PSP game but it was PSN and way overpriced to get.

Still debating if I should get a Vita this Black friday…

    • Xerain

This is stand alone. See? it has a box and everything. Expect it to cost almost twice as much as one of those overpriced Dreamy Theaters.

      • Another site (not sure if Im allowed to mention other sites here so I wont for now) claims it will have a 7,329¥. So yea.

        • Feel free to mention any site you like! (Save for VG Chartz)

          •  I’ll keep that in mind for the future. It was Gematsu btw.

I wanted to make sure as I dont chat on Siliconera much and wasn’t entirely sure of the rules. Ive been on many a picky forum.

I always use cdjapan for my game imports, they’re honestly pretty reliable and their point system is generous (to me at least). Their prices are fair too

        • almostautumn

True, but PDf dropped in price relatively quick; went right down to 70 after launch, and now you can find copies between $65 and $70. With this I expect the same, and even more so, as more people have a PS3 than a Vita.

          • Micrll

Not shocked on the overpriced cost, I just imported one of the [email protected] PSP games. Will add this to my list of games to grab.

  • I imported Project Diva f for the Vita and I will import this as well =^_^=

    • Jesse Thompson

       Me too!

    • almostautumn

       You know it!

  • I guess I’ll import this version, but Vita was more tempting to match with PSP but cannot say no to more content.

  • SupaPhly

well since my vita version got lost in the mail (my fault for using the cheapest shipping method), guess i’ll just wait for the ps3 version :P

  • Kai2591

maybe it will make use of PS Move?

  • tubers

Nice! So does this mean no more uncanny valley miku for the next PJDs? xD

I really prefer this Miku :D

  • mintea

I’m wondering why they’re gonna release it on the 7th and not 9th for Miku day :(

  • Amy Nguyen

YES! FINALLY! I don’t have a Vita, so thank you soo much for this T^T
