Virtua Fighter 2 And Other Sega AM2 Fighters Hit U.S. Next Week

Sega’s AM2 arcade fighting games are headed to Xbox Live and PlayStation Network in North America and Europe. Fighting Vipers, Sonic the Fighters and Virtua Fighter 2 will be available on both services next week.

 

PlayStation Network in North America will get the three games on November 27th for $4.99 each, while Xbox Live Arcade will get them on November 28th for 400 Microsoft Points. Meanwhile, PSN in Europe gets the games on December 5th.

 

The updated releases of Fighting Vipers and Sonic the Fighters both have online play. Virtua Fighter 2 has online play and a spectator mode as well.

      Buy this first to show to Sega that many of their old franchise is still loved here so that they will consider bringing other title here.

       SEGA releases other good games and this is all people think about?  Give them some time Shenmue 1 and 2 is HUGE for a HD remaster.

        as much as i like them, i still have my original saturn working with those games,  I might get Fighting Vipers, but seriously Sonic Fighters? D:

           Sonic the Fighters is fun.  It isn’t as good as the other AM2 fighters but it is a good spinoff.

    5$?  I got to grab these!  I wouldn’t mind a 30$ retail collection for all of the Model 2 games but the low price is hardly a problem for me.

    Awesome! Glad to see it available here so soon. Definitely going to grab all of them and hope for more re-releases/HD versions of SEGA classics. Hopefully we get a Last Bronx re-release too.
