Accel World 02: Apex of Acceleration is headed to the PSP and PlayStation 3 on January 31st in Japan, and Namco Bandai have released a new trailer for the game that runs down its features, including the ability to change the speed of battles within in the game:     Accel World 02: Apex of Acceleration has four stats for players to adjust: offense, defense, evasion and accuracy.
