  • The most amazing thing here is that we have not seen a japanese trailer yet and the first trailer we see is in English Dub.

I haven’t really kept up on this game so far, but it looks awesome! I’m getting a sort of Viewtiful Joe meets Pikmin vibe from it x3

    • ronin4life

I always got a power ranger plus pikmin plus little kings story myself.

    • FFmax

Viewtiful Joe and Pikmin? Sign me up.

i soooo want… to slide in that water slide wiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii

  • zferolie

THis game keeps looking better and better. The super heroic banter amuses me, and the game looks very fun and colorful. Platinum are really working quite hard on it.

  • Getting such a viewtiful joe vibe off this.

    • Mrgrgr and Unacceptable World

I believe that is a nice vibe right?^_^

  • FFmax

    Viewtiful Joe Mk2.

    • I was thinking that same thing.

THis is one of the new IP’s that have been keep making me waiting for more.

The game mechanic looks fun, and the water slide bit at the end made it all the more comical! :)

Ha! This is the very best we could hope for coming out of a Nintendo/Platinum games crossover isn’t it? We can count on this game to have great animation, be bug free, and look good because Nintendo is publishing it and they have standards. But from Platinum we get a totally wacky concept and energetic/action packed gameplay. And that’s what everyone loves about Platinum, right? That they take risks on weird concepts, and they’re great at action.

    voice acting is awesome.
i dont know who my fav is the red or blue !

  • jugun

Epic! Alot of games like this nowadays don’t seem fun because they add dark overtones, this looks fun

  • Muffum

People keep mentioning that this game has a Viewtiful Joe vibe. Furthering this notion, the red character actually sounds a lot like Joe himself. At least, to me.

My first Wii U game! They need to hurry up and gimme a release date! Had the system since December when this was still listed as a “launch window” game. Sucks that its been delayed to an undecided summer time frame :(

  • Christian Wright

this game is going to be amazing! wii u off to a slow start but they have some goodness around the corner. just announce a new pokemon stadium and my smile will be so wide it’ll tear my face :X

  • Tails the Foxhound

I’m probably WAAY off base with this but does anyone else think they changed the MC’s voice actor? Before it sounded like Joe’s VA, Dee Bradley Baker. Now it sounds like Chris Redfield’s VA, Roger Craig Smith.

  • ShawnOtakuSomething

viewtiful joe better be in this. I mean come on he fits nicely

  • z_merquise

I really love the over-the-top action and the humorous super-hero vibe judging in the trailer.

This is the another game that would convince me to buy a WiiU.

  • $29082171

Wonderful Joe, Not-Sephiroth and Fat Dexter.

  • Göran Isacson

The Wonderful 101 have a Waterslide to leave their HQ with.

This is everything I didn’t even know I wanted when I was 8-10 years old… and possibly also now… at any rate- definitely keeping an eye on this, seems like it will include more than just the gang forming up for super combos which I likey likey like…

  • Solomon_Kano

Well, Platinum, I did love Viewtiful Joe. Soooo, being that this gives me the same kind of vibe, you’ve sold me. Of course, you sold me when you announced it, but consider this a resale.
