Save An 8-bit Witch From Being Turned To Stone By An 8-bit Medusa

By Ishaan . January 26, 2013 . 12:00pm

Circle Entertainment revealed one of their new Nintendo eShop games for 3DS this week—Witch & Hero, an 8-bit-style action game. You play as a hero, who is accompanied by a witch, and together they take on Medusa.

Unfortunately, Medusa turns the witch to stone, so it’s up to the hero to defeat monsters and collect their blood in order to revive her for a limited time. While the witch is active, her magic is capable of dishing out a load of damage, so that’s part of the incentive for keeping her from being a statue.

Witch & Hero doesn’t have a release date yet.

So how do you get blood out of slimes?

    • Locklear93

Wait for them to absorb small woodland creatures, stab said creature while it’s inside the slime, and then get THAT blood out of the slime. It’s quite a hassle, really.

Looks pretty cool. I’m always a fan of retro-styled graphics and slimes are great since they remind me of Dragon Quest.
