what isanimal crossing about anyway i never play any before

    • Settsuo

You can’t really describe it. It’s something you just have to take a chance on to really experience it.

    • SirRichard

You live in a little village of animal people and spend your days fishing, bug-hunting, collecting furniture and interacting with the other villagers. There’s a lot of stuff for you to do and see and collect, it’s a nice little game to relax with and it’s basically heroin if you’re OCD.

      • JustThisOne

Basically. I’m already having enough trouble staying afloat in the Harvest Moon games. Animal Crossing is a little too overkill for me.

        It’s.. it’s the commitment! ;__;

        • Doctor Nebula

Not only do you have to worry about weeds, but your favorite villagers may leave your town c:

          • JustThisOne

I know! I can’t handle all that. And I haven’t played any of the more recent ones, but the gamecube one had cockroaches in your house if you didn’t play often enough. I flipped out when it first happened.

so is an endless game? i mean how you gonna beat the game if you just do those things

        • SirRichard

There is no strict “you beat the game” condition; normally you have a house that you’re constantly paying for renovations for, and winning is arguably getting the full-sized mansion, but there’s no ending or anything. So yeah, an endless game.

    • ShawnOtakuSomething

Simply, just play it, words can’t describe it.. Its fun!

    • Arrei

It’s a sim game, if you need to at least know the genre.

Though I’m not so fond of most sim games and still adore AC.

I wish there was a way to make your character keep their tan permanently~. They should add that. >u<

I'm really looking forward to NL, and it's going to be hard to put down. ♥

  • harmonyworld

it’d be better if it were an mmo~

    • Christopher Dean

I wouldn’t even buy it then. I’d have to worry about keeping my town/house presentable, I’d pretty much be playing it all day; prolly have to quit my job to play AC full time xD

So happy you can swim now
