Level-5 Has A PlayStation 4 Game In Development

In an interview with Nikkei’s Trendy Net, Level-5’s CEO Akihiro Hino said they are working on a PlayStation 4 game. The unnamed title is still in a planning phase, but Level-5 might be able to announce it soon.

This past generation Level-5 primarily focused their efforts on portables with the Professor Layton, Inazuma Eleven, and Little Battlers eXperience series. Altogether, Level-5 released three PlayStation 3 games like Ni no Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch and the White Knight Chronicles series.

Hino said for the PS4 and next generation of hardware figuring out how to use network functionality is paramount.
