When I saw the name, I thought it was related to Kenji Eno’s D games, but then I remembered that there’s no D3.

I wonder if Swery knows that

  • Did they say that it was an exclusive, or just that it was “coming” to Xbox One?

It’s actually published by Microsoft Studios, so looks like it is exclusive. At the very least, won’t be coming to Sony platforms (though perhaps there is faint hope for a PC version).

      • Although Ninja Gaiden II (and I think some other games too, though I can’t recall offhand) was also published by Microsoft, but still came to other platforms via some creative workarounds. So it’s not necessarily a permanent exclusive.

I wonder how they got SWERY…

After all, he displayed obvious favoritism for the PS3 many years back… Well. Business is business.

It could also be a reference to the D4 receptor (linked to various flavors of mental illness), but given that Eno passed away this year ( ;_; ), a tribute seems more likely.
