Arrr! Shantae and the Pirate’s Curse Gets Its First Trailer

WayForward Technologies have released the first trailer for Shantae and the Pirate’s Curse, their upcoming Metroid-esque title for the Nintendo 3DS. Pirate’s Curse will give Shantae pirate-themed abilities and is set in a large, interconnected world, where you’ll gradually unlock different areas through items and revisiting them.

Shantae and the Pirate’s Curse doesn’t have a release date yet. In addition to this game, WayForward are also developing Shantae: The Half-Genie Hero for PC, current, and next-gen consoles.
