That design is such a missed opportunity IMO :/

      So much potential indeed.

      What for?

FF X is a remake and isn’t a system seller, bar the first week.

I don’t see how FFX is gonna really save the Vita at all, it will be on the same level as Wind Waker HD on the Wii U except its the polar opposite, popular in Japan not so popular in the West.

Don’t see how the design of FFX vita has to do with the popularity of the game. Even if it was FFVII-popular that design is still lacking.

I agree.. This kind of looks like one of those cheap sticker decals you can buy..

    • zeuanimals

      You said it Chie.

  • Nyekun

Don’t like the choice of image at all. They should have just used the cover art or thrown on Tidus’s logo on the back.

    • heartless141

The Tidus’s Logo would be awesome, Yuna has it on her chest in X-2 as well

  • Cazar

I can’t ever get excited about these special edition Vitas, since all they do is swap the back plates.

    • Mr_SP

I can’t ever get excited about these special edition Vitas, because they never let *me* swap the back plate.

Honestly, why should I trade in an old Vita for the same model, but with pretty pictures?

      • Dark Zerato

This one is 2k VITA. So you probably want to trade in your 1k for it.

        • James Williams

You probably don’t since it no longer has the OLED screen.

  • Zypharium

    Looks really neat. :)

  • Bobby Jennings

    What about the memory card?

  • TheExile285

I never noticed before, but the system box is very nice
