Hyperdimension Neptunia Victory is heading to PlayStation Network in North America and Europe, NIS America have announced. The game will hit PSN on November 26 in North America and November 27 in Europe.

Victory takes place in a 1980s-inspired version of the series’ Gamesindustri setting. In this world, a group known as the “Seven Sages” are plotting to create world free of CPUs like Neptune and her cohorts.

    Sweet sweet Victory =^_^=

  • Malon

No words about the price ?

  • Luis Camargo

My insta-failed-read made me believe this was a localization for Neptunia Rebirth. Still, great to have the game on PSN, hopefully more people will try the game now.

    • CrimsonDX

      I did the exact same thing >_>;;

      • Lehiko

        Me too

I will be so excited when Rebirth finally gets a localization announcement.

  • Epitome

Its kind of sad I have both mk 2 an v le day one still unopened need to hurry up and get those beat so when rebirth gets localized I can play it right away cause if we can get pp I know rebirth is like 99% guaranteed.

    • Tiredman

If you play V first, you might not be able to stomach mk 2. Mk 2 has a fairly boring story and is the precursor to the battle system of V.

      • Epitome

I play my games in the order they come out and I liked part 1 a lot got to lvl 999 with my main party even got 1st place in the last dungeon I hear most people hated part one though.

        • Tiredman

Loved the story, didn’t mind the combat until my finger got tired of pressing L1 or L2, whichever it was that skipped battle animations. Mk 2 has a much better combat system, a much more boring story. Victory blows part 1 away in story and blows part 2 away in gameplay.

Isn’t there some rumor, which I’m likely starting if there’s not, that all PSN/PS3 related content will be playable on the PS4?

This isn’t just the stuff like Flower: that is happening.

    • Lynx

Streaming via Gakai, if I’m not mistaken.

Don’t know much about it myself.

      • Dago

That is going to be available at some point in 2014 for select PS3 titles.
I don´t think Neptunia Victory is going to be one of them but i hope i´m wrong.

  • chibiwall

waiting for retail rebirth 1/2 on vita :v

  • Kyle81290

Nice!!! this game doesn’t exist in my country and i wanted it so bad after playing MK2 (plus it’s cheaper this way… disc version cost almost $100)

  • ragingmerifes

    Price? Please be 19,99.

    • Tyler Beale

      I don’t think so.

    • Brion Valkerion

      Betting on $29.99

And in other news, can somebody please explain what the hell THIS is?!:

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1BdrY039Uig

It has something to do with Re;birth 2 (from the Gamindustri Graveyard CG and the URLs at the end), but what the fuck is MMR?

    • Pipe

It’s just a really old mystery manga. They are doing a collaboration to promote Re;Birth2: Sisters Generation. Nothing of importance to non-Japanese people.

  • Pipe

“Victory takes place in a 1980s-inspired version of the series”. Well that’s not true, it’s an alternate dimension. The PlayStation and especially the XBOX certainly didn’t exist in 1980

    • Landale

To be fair, inspired would be accurate. It’s not specifically locked to the 80s, but merely where it starts before it starts skipping forward several years at a time. That and the whole thing with the main enemy of the game being very much so an 80s thing.

    • http://playstationallstars.wikia.com/wiki/PlayStation_All-Stars_Wiki Sackchief

The world starts off in the 80s, but as Neptune stays there time goes on. When she first arrives, Noire isn’t even a CPU and Blanc and Plutie are the only CPUs on the world. So it is the 80s.

      • http://so-very.me/ Jenny

What did Plutie represent? Was she like Neppy where I assume she’s the player and Blanc is Nintendo?

        • http://playstationallstars.wikia.com/wiki/PlayStation_All-Stars_Wiki Sackchief

Plutie was still representing Sega like Neptune. I think of her as Neptune’s alternate dimensional counterpart.

  • FlobotingIt

For a second I was real excited and thought it was the vita game I wanted. But no. Still, there’s hope that it will come, though!

  • HerosLight

At least add the DLC Characters Avatars for PSN too.

  • PERSONA 5!!!! (Umar)

Thought this was the Vita game somehow….damn my reading skills

  • Monterossa

Why they skipped the first one? it’s so hard to fine a physical copy.

  • http://so-very.me/ Jenny

I have all 3 games. It was hard to track down the first 2 after i bought victory. I’m glad I reserved it cause when I went to get it the girl said they only got 2 copies xD
