That blade clearly ain’t a good weapon as it bend, when hitting the Montain dew

    • Callonia

Well think, its an replica…. and we don’t quite have the knowledge needed to actually create blades made of energy! :P

My friend that is correct! xD

Good swords are actually supposed to bend. Swords that are too rigid will snap easily when they hit anything. That is, for swords meant for cutting or piercing. Heavy swords, like what Cloud or Guts use work the opposite way, cutting things using sheer weight applied to an edge, but a majority of blades don’t work that way.

It surprised me a bit when I started training in sword fighting to see how bendy real swords actually are. Epees, for example, are nearly as flexible as car antennas, just much sharper

      • artemisthemp

Oh you right. I totally forget that’s why Typha doesn’t break under Heavy Wind

  • Callonia

Fucking warthog now I SHALL SLICE YOU IN HALF FOR ALL THE TIME YOU RAN ME OVER! *Elite screams and slices.* I like the ending, made me lol.

  • KoRLumen

One day, I hope he does some traditional blacksmithing instead of using a template cut-out. It’d be cool to watch the process.
