  • Shady Shariest

I am on the fence about buying Mugen Souls Z… ‘m constantly flipping the coin about even the fact of whether or not i am on the fence.

    • Kaitsu

So you’re on the fence of being on the fence about buying Mugen Souls Z?

      • 하세요

        That’s one sturdy ass fence.

      • Keko

        That’s fancy.

      • Shady Shariest

Yupo. Careful buyer to the extreme =W=

    • Loli Summoner

Lolz you made me laugh XD thxs! As a reward, you may spend a day with one of my lolis ^^

Her name is Ellis. Shes super shy and ticklish and likes chocolate cookies.

      • Abysswalker90

I am legitimately creeped out right now.

        • ShadowDivz

That’s a weird way to spell aroused.

        • M’iau M’iaut

Spend some time on the OT. You won’t be.

          • Shady Shariest

Gah! I was just about to write that :/

      • Anewme…Again

        Ellis ?
Isn’t she Kud from Little Busters ?

        • Kumiko Akimoto

Yes yes that is little kud.

          • Loli Summoner

Kud is such a non-cute name…Ellis is way~ better no?

          • Kumiko Akimoto

I don’t know about that, I think kud suits her well. Just because that’s what I’m used to.

        • Loli Summoner

People have spoke, no one is safe AHHHHH!!!

      • Demeanor

Now I’m wondering… what would your ultimate summon be like? XD

      • Shady Shariest

On a scale from 1-10… How well does she do housecleaning and chores… Yupo…

        • Loli Summoner

          • Shady Shariest

Hmhmhm… I will send her back tomorrow, after seeing how she works. But thankyous.

          • Shady Shariest

Yupo! I just saw the magic marker signature. Left buttock is an odd place to put it…

  • Sentsuizan_93

Can’t wait until my exams are over, so I can play Mugen Souls Z~ ^_^

    • Ditto though my exams are on and off for the next 5 years ¬_¬

  • Kayriss Wins

And of course Noire is the one bossing everyone around haha.

  • ElAbuelo69

    Shit’s creeeeeepy yo

  • Hexodious

I saw water melons, so you’ve my attention now.

  • Liamv2

    Uh book whacking?

  • Crazy_O

I played the japanese Demo of PP and liked it, glad we get games like this.

    • ShadowDivz

      I’m glad and yet surprised.

    • Kumiko Akimoto

Yeah it was pretty interesting. I did like how you could set up their performance from scratch.

  • ShadowDivz

While i am glad we are getting this. (i’ve always wanted to try an idol game)

I honestly prefer Black Heart’s original design. Too many anime girls have twintails and most importantly, grey should not be the main color of a costume.

    (Her original design)

    • DyLaN

Both have their own charms, but that just me.

    • Tyler Beale

Yeah, I prefer the original as well.

….Or better yet, how she is in Re;birth 1 (even though her event poses are the same as the Ultradimension version’s).

    • MXC

Same here. Even though Rebirth will be my first time playing a hyperdimension game, I’ve kept up with it and it feels like just color palette swap.

    • M’iau M’iaut

Looks too much like every Kugimin tsun tsun in existence.

  • Tyler Beale

Only 4 weeks and 2 days remain….until my lovely lady (you know who that is…look at my avatar) becomes the next singing sensation! Even if she only has one song to work with.

But I enjoy having her as my system voices in BlazBlue and Persona 4 Arena.

Also, if I’m not mistaken, “The player” is namable, correct?

  • Bob Slim

Cant wait for mugen souls z i love it I dont care what no 1 say

  • I had the Japanese Neptunia PP, its not great and It’ll flop quickly so I’m gonna let it drop before I get it again for my collection.

I want to get Mugan Souls 2 but I never ended up finishing the 1st one and I dont get as much time to play games now =[

    • darke

Apparently the grind in Mugen Souls Z is somewhat less absurd then the original; so it’s probably more likely you’ll finish this then you would have the first. :)

      • BUG

If you’re talking about platinuming Mugen Souls Z, people should be able to get the platinum by gaming skills instead of testing our ability withstand monotony (farming Shampurus to insanities end).

        • darke

Yeah, but I recall there were a few other things listed in the changelog between the original and Z that seemed would make playing the game a bit smoother as well. Things like lack of limits to changing your main characeter’s form and the like.

  • Isamu Daison

You might as well just buy the Japanese import as lazy NIS didn’t let the female English actors sing the songs so you have no idea what they are singing. Bad move NIS. Their voices would’ve sounded great too! I think I’ll pass on PP! Sega did the same thing with the Hatsune Miku PSVITA game. Can’t understand what the hell she’s singing about!

    • darke

Does the Japanese version have english translation for the story text/menus? Does the English version have subs for the songs?

Anyway, proper song translation is an absolute pain: translate the lines so they make sense, then have to rewrite the lines so they match the rhyme, then rewrite the lines so the rhythm matches up, re-correct for the rhyming, it’s all a pain, Not to mention the result usually is awful as well. :?

At least I’m glad they didn’t translate the Miku games; Vocaloid English pronunciation is pretty terrible.

      • Tyler Beale

        Why the first two questions?

Also, couldn’t SEGA have just translated the song text only?

        • darke

Well the OP said that I should just buy the Japanese version, so I was curious as to whether it had English translation as well as the Japanese. Because the reason I don’t have the Japanese versions of most games is I still spend way too much time cross referencing the JP->EN dictionary when playing even the demos to most of them.

And the second question relates to exactly that, did they subtitle the songs? If they did, then it’s just petulant whining, if they didn’t it’s a valid complaint.

    • Tyler Beale

I think the guy who translated the game said that the reason they can’t do it is really complicated (most likely licensing and/or contracts with the actors?), so….There’s a reason (and they most likely tried, too). It does suck, though.

      • KuroNathan

I also thought that it was simply impossible and out of range for the traditional english VAs to sing those songs and that they’d need to bring in another voice actor for each char

        • Tyler Beale

Whatever the case, we will never know. Below is about the best explanation I know of.

And yes, he’s the one doing the translation. (though I’m still hoping I can use my name – I think I saw SplitInfinity’s walkthrough (which I didn’t watch, I only saw it so I can see the credits), the player is named Split…)

    • 324234

The tragedy is lack of english subtitles, did you honestly expect them to remake every song with english miku? Hahaha. The fact that Neptune PP is coming over at all is pretty crazy.

      • Isamu Daison

Seeing as how every other company takes the time to put in English voice actors & actresses in their product, yes! Hahaha back at you!
