Just wondering if this game uses the touch screens.

    • lackofstyle

      nope not at all

  • lackofstyle

    Oh wow…..so soon, that’s awesome can’t wait.

  • Kornelious

    Already!? Awesome! :D

I guess Aksys learned that we REALLY wanted the DLC chapters after the long wait for the other two XD

Simultaneous release. That’s a way to know how much we wanted it. Or are we really getting it before Japan?

      • Kornelious

I don’t even think Japan has a release date for it yet….So unless it comes out next week we will :D

        • z_merquise

July 10th in Japan. It’s good that the release for the English is close to the JPN version.

  • Firion Hope

That is so cool! I was just playing more of the first DLC last night. I was hoping this would come over but that was fast! Legitimately some of the best DLC I’ve played, especially for the price.

  • Atwa

    Mhmm!
    Yes I will

  • Land of Green Pasture

it’s a sign for me to finish the first two dlc… played too much ACE, SSD, Rorona, and Borderland

  • Sentsuizan_93

Well that was quick. Just finished the stories for the first 2 DLC stories, so looking forward to this~

This better have an extra hour! I really like the new bosses! Make more!

  • RagingTiger44

Shit! So soon. Wallet is not ready!

  • Aoshi00

Awesome, 7/10 for Japan and we’re getting it just 5 days later on 7/15 :) If it weren’t such a pain to d/l and change acct on Vita, I would double dip on the Jpn version too. The 1st 2 DLCs at $4.99 each were amazing.. too bad I didn’t have time to beat all the bosses to get the 2nd endings (just youtubed it lol, ironically the 2nd ending is more like the bad ending). Can’t wait for this.. also looking forward to the Muramasa 2nd OST for all the new DLC chapter music if it ever comes out.

    • z_merquise

Haha, yeah. 1st endings for Okoi and Gonbe had this “happy-feel-good” kind of ending while their 2nd endings were darker (and tragic for Gonbe but it still end in a good note). Their 2nd ending also had a beautifully drawn artwork that you can use as a Vita wallpaper so it’s worth the effort.

      • Aoshi00

yeah, usually the secret and perfect ending would be like true ending, but somehow the last twist makes things even more complicated.

I know, I would love those pics as Vita wallpapers too (I’ve only been using the P4 ones), I bet there’d be a sweet one for White Snake in this ninja DLC :) but there are just sooo many bosses to be beat when I look at the map I give up and you can’t really teleport freely before you travel there, maybe one day.. I have to say these are some of the best and more worthy DLCs ever, not costumes or things held back sold as DLCs ($30 Intoner sis DLC pack :P). Those who got these during sale were even a better bargain, but def day 1 and support Vanillaware :)

      • MaximDualBlade

Also no one knows how the stories really ended, that’s why they are legends :P

  • d19xx

    Mah Vita is ready!

  • Go2hell66

    *Blows dust off vita*

  • z_merquise

So nice to know that the release is closer to the Japanese version and it’s really soon. Here’s hoping the 4th DLC won’t take long this time.

    • MaximDualBlade

4 months of waiting are almost over yeeeeeeea :D

  • Lightthrower

This DLC looks amazing, DLC done great!

  • Daniel

That was fast i wasnt expecting this yet for awhile i still havent finished my initial playthrough on vita or the DLC thats already out still wont stop me from picking this up when it releases tho

  • Göran Isacson

A Spirited Seven Night’s Haunting… kinda curious how that title relates to their take on the Jirayia legend, since I don’t recall much about ghosts and hauntings in the version of it that I read.

  • MaximDualBlade

I wasn’t expecting it so soon :D Day one buy for me!

    • Ric Vazquez

      Same here, so much hype!

  • Ric Vazquez

My hype can’t be bigger after reading this, did not expect it so soon! Hypetrain inbound, get onboard everyone!

  • SerChief

Just bought the Daikon chapter; got 10 days to complete and work on mah skillz till this one comes out!!!

  • Taylor Greene

Can’t wait to tackle all the bosses again. It is so much fun to figure out different strategies! They have done a great job so far with making each of the DLC characters very unique. Also can’t wait to get my hand on PlayStation TV to play this on the big screen.

  • SwiggitySwag

Can someone explain to me what they like about Muramasa? I tried to get into it twice already and beyond it looking pretty it’s just not grabbing my attention for any real length of time.

I’d love to hear someone’s opinion who really enjoys the game.

    • Skeptika Crediblus

I love the art and atmosphere of Vanillaware games, and the stories are interesting. Muramasa isn’t super-deep tricky gaming, but it doesn’t need to be.

      • SwiggitySwag

Oh I love Vanillaware. Grimgrimoire and Odin Sphere are two of my favourite games ever. Something about Muramasa just isn’t capturing me though.

I like the visuals a lot, but on a story level the game isn’t really dragging me in, I liked parts of Monohime’s story but Kisuke is really boring in my opinion.

Some of the special moves are really cool though and I love the animation off the quickdraw move.

    • Lonnie Boudreaux

The gameplay, it’s all in the gameplay. It takes a little while to really understand it and get used to it but once it clicks it’s an amazing game. This is my favorite vita game. Very challenging in fury mode too, you have 1hp so one hit your dead.
Oh and the story it sucks, I just skip it.
