Just a little over a month after announcing that Puzzle & Dragons had reached 29 million downloads in Japan, Gung Ho Online Entertainment have announced that the smartphone game is now at a full 30 million downloads in the country.

On July 29th, Gung Ho launched an updated version of the game in Japan, titled Puzzle & Dragons W, which includes two game modes in one.

Gung Ho also recently announced that they’ve shipped 1.5 million copies of the Nintendo 3DS RPG, Puzzle & Dragons Z.

I rather like Puzzle and Dragons as well. It’s not bad as a little pick up and play mobile game, and I’d love to get the 3DS game if it’s localized.

This should get localized for the 3DS in the west. And a Vita version would be worldwide appreciated, as well! Far more so than Destiny of Spirits, really.
