Steelix And Glalie Also Get Mega Evolutions In Pokémon Omega Ruby And Alpha Sapphire

The Pokémon Company revealed Mega Evolutions for two first-gen Pokémons in Pidgeot and Beedrill in Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire. The official website reveals two more, and this time we have Steelix and Glalie.

 

Mega Steelix:

Mega Steelix will have astonishing defense that goes well-beyond that of Steelix. Using its Sand Force Ability, it also increases the power of Rock, Ground, and Steel-type moves by 30% during a sandstorm.

 

Mega Glalie:

When Glalie Mega-Evolves, it gains a great amount of attack and special attack, to go with an extra boost in speed. Mega Glalies also use the Refrigerate Ability, that causes all Normal-type moves become Ice-type and also gain a 30% increase in power.

 

Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire will release on November 21st in North America and November 28th in Europe for Nintendo 3DS.
