Final Fantasy XI Is Getting Another Update Today

Final Fantasy XI is getting another update today, which will go live at 1:00 pm PST. The update will include the following new features:  

Recommended Videos
  • New quests diving deeper into the lore of Adoulin. These focus on the witches of the Blackthorn Coven and the exorcists, which were only touched upon briefly in the main story.

 

  • The debut of the Gifts system. This allows players to unlock various job-specific bonuses and special equipment.

 

  • “Major” revamps to accuracy rates and weapon skills of one-hand weapons, and other job adjustments.

 

  • Notorious monsters added for Wanted battles.
