J-Rock Star Gackt Finally Beats Mega Man 2, Moves On To Mega Man 3

Six months ago, Japanese rock star Gackt signed on with Nestlé Japan as part of a promotion where he would be streamed playing videogames, including Mega Man 2, every day at 7:00 pm Japan time for the next 365 days.

 

Now, 37 videos later, Gackt has finally beaten the game. You can watch his final moments above. If you enjoy Gackt’s tomfoolery, you’ll be happy to hear that there’s more to come. He’s currently in the process of taking on Mega Man 3, and you can watch the first of his Mega Man 3 challenge videos below.
